The Diplomatic Circle of Geneva is an association in the sense of article 60 of Swiss civil law. Open to every nationality, culture, religion or ethnic group, the Association is non-profit, non-commercial and beneficial to the public at large.

It is headed by an Executive Committee and presided since 2004 by Robert F. Blum. According to its statutes, the Diplomatic Circle of Geneva consists of the following organs :

The Honour Comittee, made up of high-ranking personalities giving the Diplomatic Circle of Geneva international prestige and invaluable support.

The General Assembly is made up of active members and meets at least once a year.

The Executive Committee, elected by the General Assembly , is in charge of the day-to-day management of the Association.
